Dr. Reddy is the Founder and Managing Director of the company and also a qualified seasoned international insurance practitioner. He established an Insurance Training and Education Company ISITE (International Syndicate for Insurance Training & Education) at Delhi in 2012.

He obtained his Masters qualification from Osmania University, Hyderabad and Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) from Delhi University, Delhi. His professional qualifications include FLMI (USA), FCII (UK), FIII (India) and LLB from Delhi University, Delhi. He is a Gold Medallist in BA (Honours) from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi.

Dr. Reddy is a qualified and the only Thanatologist in the entire SAARC region. Thanatology (also known as grief or compassionate counselling) is the scientific study of how to cope with tragedies, death and dying. This qualification aims to promote awareness and understanding of death and how it affects individuals, whether the death is a result of a long-standing chronic illness, an acute condition, or a traumatic incident. It focuses on grief and bereavement issues, communication strategies and religious philosophies of dying and death from the perspective of both the dying and bereaved. This unique qualification gives the skills and preparation to better understand, support and care for those facing or coping with death.

A graduate in Information Technology from IIT Delhi. Pursued his Masters and Ph.D from the USA. Presently Dr. Agarwal is working as Professor at the Middle State Tennessee University (MSTU) USA.

Besides being a whiz-kid in Information Technology he is a great religious scholar too. His unshakable belief in religion forced him to Co-found Last Rites (India) Services Private Limited. This is my ode to India says Professor Aggarwal.
